Government decreed a program of investment projects support implemented on the Russian Federation territory basing on project financing which provides major projects support valued at more than a billion rubles. I am convinced that the program should be available for SMEs because agriculture is a small and medium-sized business to a greater extent.

The second one is a comprehensive approach to the industry development. An additional assistance in satellites formation on a basis of large enterprises and support unification of small agricultural producers into cooperatives can exert influence the agriculture development and increase manufacture in the country"- Viktor Marchenko said.
