Viktor Marchenko: "Many agrarians bestir theirseves only for development"

"Agribusiness" journal published Victor Marchenko's comment, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group of companies "Zelyonye Listya", the chairman of the Commission to economic growth promotion of the Public Chamber of the Primorskiy region, member of the Presidium of LLC SMSB "OPORA ROSSII".

"Today it is possible to observe future trends for the development of domestic production: business growth, new technologies, creation of competitive products. The state is gradually adjusts the necessary dialogue with entrepreneurs that allows to create regulatory framework in which business is able to develop and be competitive. That's why many agrarians bestir theirseves only for their businesses development, new initiatives, they gradually promote them.

Sanctions and monetary instability had some influence on many domestic companies' work. For example, our organization purchases a raw material for packaging production abroad that's why the exchange rates increase led to a rise of the cost of necessary components in the production process. So, in sanctions circumstanses agrarians need to work on import substitution. To this extent, the current situation should be seen as an opportunity to build its own production, market increasing because today the area which was occupied before with import goods is released. Despite of the difficult labour conditions our company plans further business development in 2015. The basic policy of the company is innovations. Now new production technologies are elaborated, work over fresh products is done and we increase capacity at existing plants and set modernization of the manufacturing process. For example, in 2014 power was increased to 35 tons of dairy per day, this year this figure is up to 50 tons. In 2015 we plan to launch a first line of the company's innovative agrocomplex. The enterprise continues the development of production of construction materials and innovative technologies in this industry. In my opinion, namely novelty is able to solve problems that today are put before organization, and the main economic term for a successful development of the company in difficult conditions is own production integration and modernization," - Victor Marchenko, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group of companies "Zelyonye Listya", the chairman of the Commission to economic growth promotion of the Public Chamber of the Primorskiy region, member of the Presidium of LLC SMSB “OPORA ROSSII" said.
