On the eve the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev held a meeting on the sustained functioning of agriculture. The meeting dealt with the support of the agricultural sector and additional measures to stimulate the industry

"More government support is relevant now more than ever. Reduction of loans interest rates and subsidies certainly will have a positive impact on industry development in the current environment. Also it is important to support large projects with long-term loans, and its implementation sets an increasing of food security and import substitution,” - Victor Marchenko, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group of companies, the chairman of the Commission to economic growth promotion of the Public Chamber of the Primorskiy region, member of the Presidium of LLC SMSB “OPORA ROSSII" said.
