Viktor Vasiljevich Marchenko, the chairman of “Zelyonye Listya” group of companies, the chairman of the committee commitment for economic development of Primorsky region Public Chamber, presidium member of “OPORA Russia”, was invited to the governor’s inauguration ceremony.
