Special session of the Civic Chamber of Primorsky Territory was held in Vladivostok on Aug. 27. The secretary of the Civic chamber of Russia, Alexander Brechalov, the interim governor of the region, Vladimir Miklushevsky and the chairman of Legislative assembly of Primorsky Territory, Victor Gorchakov were among participants of the meeting.
