Victor Marchenko has become a member of the Civic Chamber of Primorsky Territory.

The law “On the Civic Chamber of Primorsky Territory” was developed under Governor Vladimir Miklushevsky's initiative and passed in a three readings on Oct.30, 2013.

The role of the Chamber is to provide interaction of citizens, non-governmental associations and other non- commercial organizations of PrimorskyTerritory with regional and local authorities under the social and economic programs realization.
