The project is directed at the development of innovations, increase of energy efficiency, environment protection, improvement of environmental situation, efficiency of natural resource usage.

Being an “anchor” enterprise, the project will make it possible to coordinate around it a network of satellite companies which may include up to 20 small and medium-size companies and to become a ground for the development of agriculture cooperation and small and medium-size companies engaged in Primorsky Territory agriculture.
